Detailed Product Description

This free standing boxing bag, comes in two pieces, the top part consists of a foam inner with a hard but smooth vinyll shell and the bottom comprises of a tough hard wearing plastic base. Once the base has been filled with either water, sand or grit (for different weights) it is then placed in a location with enough space for the practitioner to apply combinations and drills.

No hanging brackets or screws needed, this product can be placed and moved from A to B without having the problem removing bolts and brackets.
